INHC, YRT, BA, CMT
Jennifer started working with clients in 1997 and soon after established a healing center, Mindful Body with Soul, in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Her focus has always been to help people feel better while they are in their bodies and she does this through Spiritual Coaching, Chakra Healing and Balancing, Life Coaching, and Sound Therapy. Jennifer is a Professional Life Coach, Integrative Health Coach, Master Chakra Practitioner, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and is trained in Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy, Sound Healing, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Advanced Radiant Healing Light. Currently she is studying Ayurveda with Dr. Vikas Kumar. Her passion is Spirituality and has been consciously studying and living it since she was about 15 years old. With many mentors along the way, Jennifer has grown into a mentor herself, guiding so many others on their spiritual paths.
A more personal part of her story that led her to the work she does today was her childhood and growing up in the remote mountains of Upstate NY where she spent almost all of her time outdoors in nature. She recalls playing and exercising in the fresh air, walking barefoot on the earth, gazing at the starry night sky, eating from her mother’s organic vegetable garden, raising chickens, laughing till it hurt, and letting go of the day when her head hit the pillow. This was a time before computers and devices dominated and took over our attention. It was in this chapter of life, Jennifer started developing Claircognizence and Clairsentience. She had a profound awareness of Spirituality and unseen energy. Tapping into this at an early age enabled her to understand Spirituality and life from a clear perspective.
Since 1997 she has worked with and advised countless individuals on their Spirituality, Chakras, physical bodies, and lives. Through her book, You're Not Your Car, she hopes to shine a light on a path to an easier, more balanced life anchored in clarity and joy.
In Jennifer’s spare time, she still enjoys all that nature has to offer, but now she does it with her husband, three grown children, and little doggie named Fancy.
